How long will my order take ?

The shipping of an order usually takes 2-3 weeks. However, it can also take 3-5 weeks in case of a high order volume.  

Will I be notified when my goods are shipped? 

As soon as the shoes are shipped, you will receive the tracking number by email. 

Why is my order taking so long? 

Due to the fact that we get and process the shoe only after your order, there may be delays, as the shoe market is generally very limited. 

Do you ship worldwide? 

Yes, we ship the shoes worldwide. 

Can i make a request in colour, rope sizes or design?

Yes you can, you'll have to contact us directly via the mail below.

Can I exchange or return/cancel my shoes? 

Yes, an exchange is possible. However, the buyer bears the cost of a return. Cancellation during the ordering process is not possible. However, you can return the shoe to us within the 14-day return period. To do this, contact us on the Email below with your request, we will then send you the address for your return. 

How can I pay in your store?

Payment is possible with the following means of payment:
